Creativity and Energy Classes
Emphasize accessing your authentic voice while learning creativity and energy healing processes to cultivate joy and well being. Make something fun and inspiring with the creativity processes. Learn self healing techniques in the energy classes. Leave your worries behind. A variety of classes and class series are offered. I can also custom design a class/classes to respond to your group needs. Individual trainings available upon request. I have always enjoyed the process of taking classes. I love to learn new materials and to make things. I love applying knowledge in my life and to use my creations. I love to meet new people. I love feeling good and expanding how I experience the world. I am creating classes that respond to these passions.
The attached mandala is a sample mandala known as the "WuFu" and represents five aspects WuFu: good luck, long life, health, happiness, and wealth. While focusing on your dreams for your up coming year, you may creatively color in the WuFu mandala, post it some where you will see often and enjoy the lucky surprises as they unfold in your life.
